I have a confession. I am addicted to baking. Particularly stress-baking. The seeds of my addiction began in college and have only grown over the past few years. What is stress baking? My epiphany my senior year of college says it best: "Desserts" is "stressed" spelled backwards. That, my friends, is precisely what stress baking is for me. A way to turn my stress around. After a couple years of being a closet baking addict, I've decided to share my foibles with the world...or the internet, which is basically the same thing. Buon appetito!
